october 10th METAL

Its 2 am and i just barley got out of work, i was already excited for the new day. Me and Ricky were taking of to go see Children of F-ing Bodom play live in Pomona.
It took forever getting there but the drive was one to remember for the rest of my life. We got through Los Angeles quick and headed on the I-10 towards Pomona. There seemed to be a bunch of freaking accidents in our way to slow traffic to an abrupt halt. We passed the Original In and Out which was totally freaking awesome.
We got to our exit and stopped at a Del taco to grub.
i laid out the ground rules which are essential for metal shows, concerts, and maush pits.
1- tie your shoes tite.
2- don't swing or punch people in the pit.
3- if someone is swinging at people, or tripping them from the side of the pit, push there monkey A** in the pit.
4- have a good f-ing time.
we got in line and we saw Alexi laiho walking down the street into there tour bus. Ricky and I posted up outside of the bus and waited. i Got an autographed poster and he got his ticket autographed by Janne Wirmmen The Key board player for Children of Bodom and ironically he ws the one he wanted to meet.
We got inside and the first band opened up. SkeletonWitch. Lemme tell you they are one most awesome band.
this is there song sacrificed for the slaughtergod

there be one F-ing good band live.
black Dalia murder played too... they was OK....
then BODOM CAME ON!!! they played a whole bunch of songs.
but they opened with there classic song Living Deadbeat

I don't exactly remember the order of the songs they played but i believe it was these ones
living dead beat
silent night bodom night
are you dead yet
hell hounds on my trail
bloodrunk
follow the reaper
lake bodom
angels don't kill
needled 24/7
sixpounder
In your face
every time I die
Hate me
All of these songs are out of order but it was epic. I was in the Pit for every one of these songs and I'm Battered and Bruised on a lot of my body.
I dragged my friend Ricky into his first maush pit and took him to his first metal concert.
We got home at 2 am and i woke up for work at 9.am. Brutal i was so tired and still am. I am exxtremly tired.
Another highlight was that Bodom started off one of there songs with a Quote from the blues brothers and my favorite one at that.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses. - Hit it.

Had a metal night.
